For non EU countries where customs duties are necessary they will be paid by the client.
DELIVERY
We send using DHL (Deutsche Post AG). In general we handle orders immediately. The delivery time - if not stated differently in the order - is about 2 – 5 working day after we have received the money by credit card or bank transfer. To non european countries delivery could last a little longer
If not all articles are in stock, we can make partial delivery if requested. Resulting transport costs will be paid by timandstella.
We reserve the right to withdraw from contract if delivery to client`s address fails after the third try. If payments were made already, we will refund the amount.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
For orders within Germany we accept the following terms of payment:
in advance bank transfer, credit card payment and cash on delivery.
For orders from foreign countries we accept advance bank transfer or credit card payment.

If payment is made in advanve through the bank we grant a 2 % discount on the order value. Please remit the money to the following account:

Credit card payment
You finish your order by pressing the button "edit" and on the following page you can make the credit card payment. We accept Mastercard, American Express and Visa. The debit charge of your credit card is made after payment within the timandstella onlineshop. After shipment of your order the credit card number will be deleated. Therefore the credit card number has to be entered for every new order.
For safety reasons we use a coding and safety software SSL. With this Software all your data will be coded and safely transfered. Unauthorized persons cannot read the data during transfer.
Cash on delivery
This payment method is only accepted for orders within Germany.
